After her retirement, Sister Margaret Ann was active in attending events at the Fine Arts Center at Viterbo University and community events at St. Rose Convent whenever possible. Her family ties grew deep and strong and continued through the years with Hageman family reunions almost every other year. A second sister, Kathy, was born following the familys return to the States. At that time, she retired and spent the next eight years volunteering, mainly as a math and science tutor. The sixth died on Oct. 29 and the most recent two died on Nov. 6.
